The winter parking ban is now in effect for the City of Greater Sudbury.

As of Dec. 1, no vehicles are allowed to be parked on any street within the city limits between midnight and 7 a.m. until Mar. 31 to facilitate snow removal.

Vehicle owners found in violation of the bylaw may face a $21 fine. Vehicles may also be towed at the owner’s expense if they prevent snow removal or block traffic.
