EVENT: The History of Beer

The Laurentian University History Society invites you to come and join us for an evening of the ‘History of Beer’.

Join us with guest presenters, Professor W. Crumplin from the Geography Department and Professor T. Webb from the History Department, for a ‘Brew-Ha-Ha’ of an evening on Friday, Feb. 4 for the tasting of a selection of imported European beers.

The event will be held at La Fromagerie Elgin (5 Cedar St.) from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Parking is across the street at the Farmer’s Market and free after 6:00 p.m.

With the purchase of a ticket for the History of Beer, your name will be entered into a draw for a prize to be drawn at the event.

Tickets are $35.00 per person and are available at the SGA, History Office or the Fromagerie Elgin

Ticket price includes: Beer, Food, gratuities, and taxes.

Please note: This is an aged event, identity required for entry.
